Do I need a long contract?
No. It’s rolling monthly. Stay because it works, not because you’re stuck. All we ask is for 30 Days Notice to Cancel
Can I approve posts?
Yes. We share the posts and the wording. You can request edits before anything is scheduled.
Will you reply to comments and messages?
Its up to you. We can handle routine comments/DMs and escalate anything sensitive or sales-critical.
Can you run ads too?
Yes. Add paid social to any package for targeted growth and retargeting.
What about holidays or seasonal peaks?
We plan ahead. Need extra posts? We can flex up for campaigns or busy periods.
What if we’re camera-shy?
No problem. We can use graphics, product shots, voice-over reels, and customer stories.
How fast can we start?
Usually within a week of kickoff, once assets and access are sorted.
